Tipping Point: Where elections are decided.
We focus on the races where a small shift changes the outcome.
In 2026, control of Congress will come down to a small number of elections in specific districts and states. We identify where margins are narrow—and deploy strategies that measurably increase voter participation where it matters most.
The Map
We are targeting 41 close House districts and seven close Senate races, where outcomes are expected to be decided by narrow margins.
